TEEHUB is committed to environmental protection and sustainable development, using the most advanced print-on-demand technology in the market. We only produce after receiving an order, thus avoiding excess inventory and waste. Additionally, our printers use non-toxic, biodegradable inks and don't require water for cleaning, making our production process more environmentally friendly than traditional printing methods. By choosing TEEHUB, you're also supporting sustainable consumption patterns.
II. Payment + Pricing
TEEHUB pays designers their income through monthly PayPal transfers. Sales revenue from the previous calendar month will be paid on the 15th of each month. For example, January's income will be paid on February 15th. You can view and update your payment information on the "My Sales" page in your account settings. Make sure your payment information is correct to receive your income on time.
Designers typically receive a sales notification a few hours after a customer places an order. Orders are held for a few hours before being sent to third-party fulfillment to allow customers time to correct any errors in their order or cancel it. When the order is finally pushed to fulfillment, a sales notification email is sent, and the account dashboard and earnings report are updated.
Please check the full chart of artist earnings! Note that TEEHUB will not change your commission compensation during product promotions!

No. All products have two fixed prices: a promotional price and a regular price. The promotional price applies during site-wide promotions or when you're featured. The regular price applies at other times. We aim to maintain consistency and fairness in pricing, so we don't support designers changing product prices themselves.
TEEHUB pays sales in US dollars, but PayPal can convert earnings to other currencies. If you wish to receive income in another currency, you can choose to convert to your preferred currency in your PayPal settings. Although we will still send your earnings in USD, the transaction will be converted to your preferred currency upon receipt. Unfortunately, we have no control over the currency conversion fees issued by PayPal.
III. Uploading
After registering and logging in, click the yellow "Upload Art" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Then, simply click and drag your PNG file to the center, or click the center to browse your design files. Make sure your art files are as high resolution as possible to ensure the best print quality. You can find specific format and size requirements in the uploader and design guidelines.
Please ensure your design meets the outlined format and size requirements. These necessary parameters are also displayed in the uploader. For any files that don't meet these requirements, you'll receive a message in the uploader detailing what needs to be modified. Try clearing your cache, ensure you're using the latest version of your browser, or resize the file. If the problem persists, please contact [email protected].
Yes, submitted designs are immediately available for sale in your store but may not appear in the homepage search results. Your designs may not be eligible to display in the homepage search results, but they will always have a place in your store.
Tags are keywords that describe your design, helping customers find your work on TEEHUB. Using the right tags can increase your design's exposure. Tags power the marketplace search engine on TEEHUB, so proper tagging is key to getting eyeballs. Use tags to describe your design, theme, subject matter, or categories your design belongs to. They can help your customers find your work and are crucial for sales.
Yes. To delete a design, go to your storefront, hover over the design you want to delete, and click the delete icon in the top right corner. Then, click to delete that design product. IV. Printing + Products
International shipping may incur duties or fees depending on the laws and postal service regulations of the customer's country. If an order is shipped internationally from a third-party fulfiller located in the US, customers may be charged duties/fees. Customers are advised to check local laws for any taxes that may need to be paid when the order arrives. Local postal services may also require fees to complete delivery.
Customers will be charged taxes if their shipping address is near a third-party fulfiller or if the shipping address is in an area where the law requires taxes to be collected before purchase. All taxes collected at checkout go to the government (not us), so we cannot refund these charges for you. In Europe, customers will notice VAT charges appear in their total before payment.
All garments are printed using ultra-high-tech digital printing technology (called direct-to-garment printing). The distribution centers have the best machines in the industry (like the Kornit Presto) to ensure extremely high print quality. Every garment that leaves the distribution center goes through quality control before being shipped to customers. Home goods are sublimated or vacuum printed for full coverage, non-tactile, beautiful-looking prints. Both the products and the printing process are vegan.
V. My Storefront
After logging in, go to "Account Settings," then click on "Storefront" in the left menu to edit. You can add a short personal profile, insert social media links, edit display name, and more. Creating and editing a showcase is very simple. You can:

Yes, but you need to register separate accounts for each storefront. Many designers create multiple storefronts to upload different content and art styles. We recommend taking advantage of integrated albums to keep all designs in one storefront, bringing more traffic to one store, which helps improve your Google search ranking.
Yes. Deactivate your account on the account settings page, or contact [email protected] for assistance. If your past sales earnings are less than $20, you can choose to delete your account yourself. If you've earned $20 or more from past sales, you'll need to email [email protected] for help with closing your account.
Currently, API integration or white-label services are not available, but you can use external link buttons to guide customers to your TEEHUB storefront. You can add this button to your website, and when customers click it, they will be directed straight to your TEEHUB storefront.
VI. Building an Audience
Off-site marketing refers to promoting your products through third-party advertising platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. Through off-site marketing, your products can be automatically included in ads across the web, and potential customers can find these ads on other websites. Off-site marketing can help attract more customers to your store and increase sales.
TEEHUB offers an intuitive interface, diverse products, advanced printing technology, and free upload and sales services. Our DTG printing ensures vibrant, long-lasting designs. We also offer the lowest product prices in the POD market. We encourage artists to open multiple print-on-demand stores to increase exposure for their artwork.
Upload great designs, actively self-promote, and follow other designers. The best way to get more followers is to create art that people love and self-promote on social media. Following other designers can also increase your exposure.
Share designs on social media or email them to friends. We encourage you to share your designs on social media.
The key to increasing sales is effective marketing and promotion. You can increase exposure through:
- Social media sharing: Share your designs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, using relevant tags and attractive descriptions to attract potential customers.
- Regular updates: Post new designs regularly to keep your store active, which can attract repeat customers.
- Utilize email marketing: If you have a mailing list, you can send new product and promotion information to subscribers via email.
Several key steps to optimize design exposure include:
- Keywords and tags: Use relevant keywords and tags to describe your designs so users can find your work more easily when searching.
- High-quality images: Ensure that the design images you upload are high quality, clear, and visually appealing.
- Attractive titles and descriptions: Tell the story or inspiration behind the design in the title and description, which can attract more potential customers.
VII. Intellectual Property
Copyright protects original works, including visual art, written materials, and recorded materials. Having copyright means only you can use your creation unless you give permission to others. Copyright protects the actual item you create, not your ideas. For example, if you create a painting, only you can copy, modify, sell, or perform that work.
TEEHUB complies with the DMCA, and if a third party believes your design infringes on their rights, they can submit a takedown request. Although the design may be your own creation, if it references content from TV shows, popular characters, logos, or brands, it may infringe on others' intellectual property. We can't disclose the specific reason why a design was taken down, but your takedown notification email should mention the third-party copyright holder who made the claim.
VIII. Other Frequently Asked Questions
Don't worry, all return requests and customer service issues are handled by our customer service team. Customers can submit return requests through our help center if they receive an unsatisfactory product, and you as a designer don't need to bear the cost or handle the return process. We encourage customers to contact TEEHUB's customer service team directly when they encounter problems, and they will assist in resolving the issues. Look out for the "You've completed a sale!" email, which will include details about the item sold, the sale price, and your share of the amount.
Remember: The transaction is not complete until the item is produced and shipped. If the buyer reconsiders and cancels the order before shipping, you will not receive payment.
You can view every sale you've ever made on the "Sales History" page under "Account Details."
If you're logged in, purchasing from your own store does not constitute an official sale! Self-purchased items will not appear in your sales history.
